Balik Bayan Box is a door to door service from Japan to Philippines. Transtech has its own standard size boxes that can be used by customers. After we received the packages at our warehouse, we will then process the customs clearance and it will be shipped-out from Japan. After its arrival at Manila Port area, next will be processing at Customs Manila to be followed by segregation of boxes per destination all over the Philippines for delivery.
Delivery period of boxes depends on the delivery destination in the Philippines. After we received the box, it takes 2 to 3 weeks within Manila area, 3 to 4 weeks to other Luzon and Visayas area and 4 to 5 weeks to Mindanao and other islands area.
¦Delivery schedule might change during Christmas season due to huge volume of boxes. There might be a delay in delivery in case of calamities (e.g. typhoon) and other unavoidable circumstances. |

| WE WILL BE SENDING YOU THE EMPTY BOX TOGETHER WITH THE PACKING LIST, SENDERfS MANUAL AND THE PAYMENT SLIP OR FURIKOMI YOUSHI TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS. |

AFTER THE COMPLETION OF PACKAGING, PAYMENT, AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROCEDURES, YOU MAY CALL OUR OFFICE FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF PICK-UP SCHEDULE.
¦ YOU HAVE 3 PAYMENT OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM; CONVENIENCE STORE, POST OFFICE AND BANK PAYMENT METHOD. IN CASE OF DIRECT PICK-UP (SPICIFIC AREA ONLY) YOU CAN DIRECTLY SETTLE THE PAYMENT WITH OUR STAFF AND THE OFFICIAL RECIEPT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.

| WE WILL CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR BOX UPON ARRIVAL TO OUR WAREHOUSE. IF WE NOTICE THAT THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IT WILL BE REINFORCED (BY ADDING TAPE ON THE DAMAGED PART OF BOX) TO ASSURE THE BEST CONDITION BEFORE IT SHIPPED-OUT FROM JAPAN. |

| IMPORTANT NOTICE |
1. The Sender of box must clearly and completely fill-in the Packing List. Refer to the sample attached. Any false or incomplete declaration may cause delay in processing at Japan Customs and in worst case, the box cannot ship-out from Japan.
2. If the customer wants to send RICE, he must provide a document of permission to export to Philippines. Please call our office for details.
3. There is a weight limit of 50 KILOS each box (regardless of size) which was implemented by Sagawa. Please make sure that the weight of your box will not exceed 50 kilos. |
